Q. Can I use credit cards or QR payment?

Yes, we accept most types of credit cards, QR payments, and transit IC cards.

(*Some cards are not supported.)

Q. Are there any parking spaces?

We do not have a dedicated or contracted parking lot.

If you are coming by car, please park in a nearby coin parking space.

Q. Is there anything I need to wear or bring?

You do not need to bring anything in particular, but the Scadara course involves dripping a special gel on the forehead. There is a possibility that makeup may fall off on the forehead area. In such cases, you may want to bring your own cosmetics if you would like to touch up your makeup after treatment.

Please try to refrain from wearing hoodies and high-collared clothes.

Q. What should I do if I am late or have to cancel?

We will wait for you at your reserved time without moving onto other customers.

However, there is a possibility if you are very late, we may have to shorten or cancel your appointment.

If you will be late or need to cancel, please let us know.

In addition, repeated late arrivals or cancellations may cause inconvenience to other customers and may result in the refusal of future reservations. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Do you have make-up tools?

We do not provide make-up tools, so please feel free to bring your own.

We do have a dresser available, so please feel free to use it when you need to fix your make-up.

Q. Will my hair grow back with this head spa?

The Pura Group focuses on the effects of head fatigue and scalp conditions on the entire body and the original Pura method maintains the entire body. Many customers have reported hair growth following the Pura method.

However, our salon specializes in head spa treatments, not hair growth, therefore we cannot promise hair growth as a result of our treatment.

What is most important for hair growth is not to rely on hair growth promotion products or supplements, but to consider and maintain a whole-body balance. It would be easier think of hair growth as a byproduct of our unique head spa and proper care.

Healthy hair can only be achieved when you have a body that can bring out the most ideal and beautiful state for you, and we would like to help you achieve that!
